At KISHMI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@kishmi.com or use the form on our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
